DIY Fuel Pump Wiring Kit – Weatherproof & High-Performance

This Do-It-Yourself wiring kit provides everything needed to build a reliable power harness for one fuel pump. Designed with premium-grade components, it ensures consistent performance even under extreme conditions. The included sealed relay and fuse holder make it safe for installation in exposed or outdoor locations.

The aircraft-grade TXL wiring offers exceptional resistance to chemicals and high temperatures, while the Raychem crimples solder heat-shrink connectors deliver secure, professional-quality wire connections without the need for crimp tools. All required ring terminals are included, making it compatible with external Bosch 044 fuel pumps as well.

Recommendation: For best results, use a dedicated fuse and relay for each fuel pump. If running multiple pumps, order one kit per pump.

Note: The relay trigger can be connected to either a ground or a 12V source, as long as the other end of the relay coil is connected to the opposite polarity.
